Are your glass products heat resistant?

Most of our Consol glassware is designed for everyday use, but only specific ranges like our ovenware are heat resistant. Please check the individual product specifications before exposing glass to high temperatures.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

While we pack our glassware with extreme care, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging to receive a full replacement or refund.

Can I collect my order directly from the Cornubia store?

Yes, we offer a 'Click and Collect' service. Simply select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout, and we will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
